He turned his experiences with early trauma and addiction into a coaching practice specifically aimed at helping people apply addiction recovery tools in a realistic and sustainable manner. Mark specializes in helping people identify and break dysfunctional patterns of sexual behaviour, bridging the gap between treatment and life. He works with individuals and presents workshops on subjects like shame, honesty & vulnerability. His goal is always to help clients replace addictive secrecy with healthy, nurturing pursuits; to rediscover and reclaim their true and original ‘self’.
