Holly Ryan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Substance Abuse Professional. She received her Master’s degree from Barry University and has practiced in the state of Florida for over ten years. Holly is particularly adept at helping her clients build a strong foundation of autonomy. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches to reach and retain this achievement including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and a family systems approach.Prior to joining Heather R Hayes & Associates, Holly was the Programme Director at Family First Adolescent Services. There she provided expert clinical supervision and counseling services that provided her with a wealth of knowledge regarding programme development and management. Holly was formerly the Clinical Director of the Center for Men’s Recovery and Center for Women’s Recovery at the Hanley Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Additionally, she worked for Caron Renaissance as an Addiction Resource Specialist, focusing on facilitating the most appropriate placement for patients and families. Her dedication and altruism drive her to maintain a principled practice of concern for the welfare of others.In the role of clinical supervisor, Holly uses her extensive clinical background to support the HRH team in providing an exceptional array of services to behavioral health professionals, families, and individuals in need.
