Elizabeth Hampson is a Director in the Strategy Consulting practice at Deloitte, where she specialises in patient access to healthcare innovation. For a decade she has worked at a senior level with clients across the whole health ecosystem. She has extensive experience of developing mental health policy and advising on innovative and digital service delivery. She is regularly asked to speak on mental health and wellbeing at work both at national and international conferences and has a leadership role on this topic within Deloitte.
She recently authored two papers on mental health in the workplace “Workplace mental health and wellbeing: At a tipping point?” March 2017 and “Mental Health and Employers: The case for investment” October 2017 to support the Stevenson-Farmer review ‘Thriving at work’.
Liz is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an MSc in Health Economics and Policy from London School of Economics, BSc in Biological Sciences and a PG Dip in Coaching. She is a trustee of Picker Institute Europe – a person centred care charity.
