As many of you may now know, we have launched something great here at iCAAD - iCAAD INSIDERS is an inside look at people important to iCAAD. Insiders will combine blogs, opinion pieces and Q&A’s from iCAAD’s sponsors, speakers and friends. This week we are pleased to present a blog written by Jan Willem Poot, founder of Yes We Can Youth Clinics. Jan writes about the importance of keeping busy in recovery and explains how they incorporate that in their daily practices with the fellows recovering at Yes We Can Youth Clinics.

FACEBOOK LIVE EVENT
We are really pleased to announce that after the success of our first Facebook Live event with Noel McDermott, director and founder of Noel McDermott: Psychotherapy and Consultancy Ltd, he will be joined again by Samantha Quinlan, one of our directors and founders for another live Q&A. This event will take place on the 18th of December at 6pm. By then the festive season will be well and truly underway, so they have decided that there could be no better topic than the trials and tribulations faced by so many of us over the holiday period. For anyone that this strikes a cord with, please tune in and ask any questions you may have about dealing with this potentially di cult and stressful time. Top quality community care provider and psychotherapist, Noel, will endeavour to answer all of your questions either during the live event, or in a personal message afterwards. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain advice and insight into how to deal with Christmas and all that it may bring.

So much time and e ort went in to organising this event, we’d just like to say a massive thank you to all who organised and took part in the Carol Concert.
