PROJECT 375 is an extraordinary leader in the mental health space. Founded in 2012 by NFL wide-receiver Brandon Marshall and his wife Michi, PROJECT 375 is a national non-profit dedicated to unlocking human potential through conversation, education, and inspiration. PROJECT 375 responds to the needs of adolescents by providing parents, teachers and staff members with Youth Mental Health First Aid Training. YMHFA is an 8-hour course for adults on how to recognize and stabilize a mental health crisis when one is happening to the youths around them. This training teaches parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent who is experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
