Founder & Conference Director
Samantha Quinlan has worked in the Behavioural Mental and Emotional Health sector for 15 years and is a founder of iCAAD. She has an extensive knowledge and network on specialist issues and highlights across the addictions and behavioural health sector.
In 2003 Sam founded the Leading Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (LEAP) charity whilst also starting a residential addictions facility. Sam completed a foundation degree in general counselling in 2012, she is also a qualified facilitator of Equine Therapy.
She has devised and delivered programmes for vulnerable adults and young people, adolescents with extreme childhood trauma, work place leadership and solutions and adults with learning disabilities.
Sam is committed to her own personal development and leadership skills and regularly attends conferences and intensive courses including the LCP at ONSITE workshops. She sits as co-chair on the UFENow ethics committee as the co- chair to the “International Collaborative Committee (Cultural, Migration and International Ethical Issues)” and she is on the fundraising committee of International Animal Rescue.
Her future aim is to provide a platform to support the end of modern slavery and human trafficking and to improve the psychosocial elements of communities that have suffered due to critical conflict.
Christophe has been on his journey of recovery since 1999. After 17 years in investment banking and private equity, Christophe turned his life over and became a leading therapist in addiction, relational childhood trauma and dysfunctional relationships. Christophe holds an MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling and fully qualified in Childhood Trauma Reduction therapy (PIT/Pia Mellody model), Sex Addiction (Paula Hall Model) and Attachment and Relationship disorders (Pia Mellody model). After having worked with the Priory North London Hospital, Christophe developed his private practice in Harley Street, joined the Hale Clinic in late 2015 and has now moved into his independent private practice in High Street Kensington, London. Fortunately for us, his ridiculously sized brain means he finds time to be iCAAD’s Academic Director as well as his many other commitments. He passion lies in all things academic and the acquisition of knowledge. Working on his own, personal research has proven to be mutually beneficial for his role as iCAAD’s Academic Director.
Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager
Lizzie is based between Suffolk in the UK and the Balearic island of Menorca. She has run her own creative agency, LR Creative, since 2008. LR creative specialises in all aspect of graphic design and communication, web design and build, advertising and Social Media Management.
Marketing & Content Manager
Araminta comes from a creative writing background. Most recently having created and developed a magazine - Pipe Down, which focuses on addiction and recovery. She now collates and edits all of iCAAD's copy as well as being their dedicated marketing manager.
